I know I know. This isn’t breaking because CoCo is always showing off her huge booty. But she deserves a mention. She gives diet tips to fans and reveals her workout plans on twitter.
If you want a body like CoCo EAT and do some cardio/ strength training!!! She says: “I do about 30 minutes,3 times a week. I love the treadmill,bike and EFX. I lift heavy weights mostly legs & Abs, I do tons of reps until I can do no more than I lower the weight down & continue.”
And for food: “I eat a lot protein foods such as chicken & fish.But u can basically eat what u want if u do cardio like treadmill sessions.”
