Oh Paris Hilton. Always making sure to keep your options open when it comes to men. As Paris made her way to the witness box during the suit filed against her, she waved to Chief U.S. District Judge Frederico Moreno, who said with a smile, “I’ve never had a witness wave at me before.”
Paris is currently being sued for breach of contract for refusing to promote her 2006 movie Pledge This!. The production company is suing for $8.3 million in damages.
RadarOnline reports that during her testimony on Friday, Paris claimed she had no idea she was required to promote the film after its release and said that she’s a “brand” and a “businesswoman” with handlers who do her schedule so she is “always working”.
Personally, my favorite part was when Paris Hilton mentioned her new reality show, My New BFF, to which the judge asked for a translation to Paris Hilton’s My New Best Friend Forever.
Judge Moreno then said, “This will be my best case forever.” To which Paris replied, “You’re my best judge forever.”
Well, it definitely seems like Paris is playing the man field. Maybe the judge really liked the black cocktail dress she wore. It’s cute, no? She has obviously moved on from Doug Reinhardt. This lawsuit is shaping up to be one of the most entertaining this year.
